Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section is here to help you quickly find answers about our swim lessons offered. Whether you’re curious about class types, lesson location, or what to bring, you’ll find all the essential info to help you dive in with confidence.

Swim lessons should be simple, enjoyable, and stress-free—no matter your age or experience level. If you don’t see your question here, don’t hesitate to reach out. We here to help!

What ages do you teach?

We offer swim lessons for all ages, from toddlers to adults. Whether you’re introducing a child to the water or an adult looking to improve your technique, we tailor lessons to fit individual needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What should I bring to my lesson?

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and goggles. Swim caps are optional but recommended for longer hair. We provide floaties but you are always welcome to bring your own.

Do you offer trial lessons?

Yes! We offer introductory lessons so you can meet your instructor, get a feel for the program, and see if it’s the right fit. This FREE  30 minute trail lesson is available for first time clients only – booking can be found in the scheduling icon at the top of this page. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Is it safe for non-swimmers or nervous swimmers?

Absolutely. Our instructors are trained to support first-time and nervous swimmers with patience, encouragement, and age-appropriate techniques.
